Susan’s practice focuses exclusively on family law matters.

She is a seasoned and skilled advocate with 26 years of experience in the family law area, advising clients of their rights and obligations when they separate or are thinking of separation from a spouse. The major areas of advice encompass custody and access, division of assets and child and spousal support.

Susan spends the time needed to advise clients about the processes that are utilized to resolve issues of separation, and to represent them in the process of choice. Susan will represent clients at court motions, case conferences
settlement conferences and mediation. If the matter proceeds to trial she will assist a matrimonial trial lawyer. She is highly adept and skilled assisting clients with respect to separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
